Despite their need for a franchise quarterback, the Browns seem to have come to their senses and taken the best player available. By seemingly every standard, that player is Myles Garrett. Garrett impressed during his three years on the field and doubled down with a stunning performance at the NFL Combine. Any doubts to his worthiness of the top selection were officially put to bed following his pre-draft media tour, pro day, and workouts.
Rather than walk across the stage on Thursday night and shake hands with Commissioner Roger Goodell, Garrett chose to stay home and celebrate with close friends and family.
