Britain's Gordon Reid will finish 2016 as world number one after beating Stephane Houdet in the semi-finals of the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters.
The 25-year-old Scot, who won singles gold and doubles silver at the Rio Paralympics, won 6-2 6-1 at the Olympic Park in London.
He will face either defending champion Joachim Gerard of Belgium or Sweden's Stefan Olsson in Sunday's final.
Fellow Britain Andy Lapthorne lost his quad semi to Israel's Itay Erenlib.
Reid came into his match having only dropped one set in his three round-robin games and he was in superb form against the Frenchman, who occupied the top spot coming into the season-ending event.
