If the four favorites — No. 1 Novak Djokovic, No. 2 Roger Federer, No. 3 Andy Murray, No. 4 Stan Wawrinka — manage to win their quarterfinals, it would be the first time in 20 years that the men seeded 1-4 make the Wimbledon semifinals.
Back in 1995, this was the final four at the All England Club: No. 1 Andre Agassi, No. 2 Pete Sampras, No. 3 Boris Becker, No. 4 Goran Ivanisevic.
In the semifinals, Becker beat Agassi, and Sampras beat Ivanisevic.
