Last month we were pleasantly shocked by the news that Tatiana Golovin has decided to end her 11-year retirement and now the date of her comeback is set — the former world No.12 will play qualifying at the BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg Open, an International-level tournament that starts on October 12th in Luxembourg.
As L’Équipe reports, the 31-year-old Golovin received a wildcard to enter qualifying, which will be her fourth appearance at the Luxembourg tournament, after her showings in 2004, 2006, and 2007, two of which were quarterfinal finishes.
