Former Wimbledon runner-up Agnieszka Radwanska will face Swiss Belinda Bencic in the the final of the Eastbourne International.
Bencic, 18, progressed when second seed Caroline Wozniacki retired hurt, with the Dane 3-0 down in the first set.
Wozniacki called out her trainer and stretched leg muscles before deciding she could not continue.
Polish ninth seed Radwanska won 1-6 7-6 (7-3) 6-2 against America's world number 43 Sloane Stephens.
