I'm excited to tell you that Maria Sharapova and Monica Puig are set to play an exhibition match in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on December 15th and Women's Tennis Blog's photographer Jimmie48 will be there!
The Monica Puig Invitational, as the event is called, promises to be a stunning exho for several reasons:
- There's hardly a name in the WTA world that attracts more spectators than Sharapova and everyone is excited to be a part of her comeback strategy (the Russian's long-awaited return to the competitive courts will be in April 2017).
