Defending champion Kei Nishikori has beaten 14th seed Martin Klizan to reach the final of the Barcelona Open.
The top seed faces the winner of the match between Spanish pair David Ferrer and Pablo Andujar, on Sunday.
The Japanese 25-year-old, who is looking for his ninth ATP World Tour title, needed only 77 minutes to overcome Klizan of Slovakia 6-1, 6-2.
Nishikori beat Santiago Giraldo of Colombia in two sets to win the title at last year's event.
