GLASGOW, Scotland — Andy Murray has sent Britain into its first Davis Cup final in 37 years by securing victory over Australia.
Britain's top-ranked player saw off Bernard Tomic 7-5, 6-3, 6-2 Sunday in Glasgow to give Britain an unassailable 3-1 lead.
Murray won both his singles matches and doubles with his brother Jamie.
Britain faces either Belgium or Argentina, whose semifinal is tied at 2-2.
