The British pair lost the first five games against Serbia's Nenad Zimonjic and France's Edouard Roger-Vasselin but recovered to win 2-6 6-3 10-5.
Murray's brother Jamie also reached the last eight alongside Brazilian partner Bruno Soares.
The fourth seeds beat Canada's Daniel Nester and Czech Radek Stepanek 6-7 (5-7) 7-6 (11-9) 14-12.
Jamie Murray and Soares, the world's number one doubles pair, won the Australian Open in January.
