Konta solves Stephens like a baby puzzle in Roland Garros quarterfinals

The match started slowly, as the 27th-seeded Konta needed more than eight minutes to hold serve in the opening game, but overall the Brit eased through the first set, winning 17 out of 22 points on first serve.

In the second set, the seventh-seeded Stephens managed to win three games more than in the first set, but the impression was that Konta was even more ruthless, as she raced to a 5-3 lead by winning all her service games at love. Only when serving for the match did she concede one point to Stephens.
