The final of the 2015 Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open is set as Angelique Kerber & Jelena Jankovic have emerged as the final two players in the tournament’s 32-player draw.
Kerber made her way into her fifth final this season by getting past Australia’s Samantha Stosur in the semi-final on Saturday. Just as in all her matches this week, the German was in firm control of her match, clinching another impressive impressive straight-set win.
By making the Hong Kong final, Kerber is almost securely locked into the WTA Finals in Singapore as Carla Suarrez Navarro would need to win Moscow to pass Kerber by in case she loses the final.
