“Even good things something comes to an end,” Karolina Pliskova started her message as she announced the split from her coach Sascha Bajin.
The former world No.1 Pliskova added Bajin to her team in November 2020, having ended her one-year partnership with coach Daniel Vallverdu. During her 20-month partnership with Bajin, Pliskova reached three finals, including at Wimbledon 2021.
The Czech WTA player wrote on social media on Monday:
I would like to thank Sascha for everything he did for me and my team. It was an incredible time and i learned a lot!
