On this day, 10 years ago, I published my first article on Women’s Tennis Blog, about the 2007 Miami Open final between Serena Williams and Justine Henin, without any expectations and never even considering that in 2017 I would still be blogging and not to mention being a contributor at the official WTA website! I simply wanted to share my passion for tennis and fill my free time, while practicing writing. But just a few weeks into launching my webpage, when I had only a dozen readers a day on my blog, I received a link from BBC and that was the first time I amazingly realized I could be doing something good, that my articles were worth something.
