Former ATP world No.8 and the 2006 Australian Open runner-up Marcos Baghdatis is joining Elina Svitolina‘s coaching team, just months after ending his professional career at Wimbledon in July.
The Cypriot announced the news by sharing this practice photo on his Twitter account and saying:
I am so glad to announce the next chapter of my life and look forward to coaching a great athlete and super tennis player No.6 ranked WTA player Elina Svitolina, working alongside Andre Bettles! I want to thank Elina for putting her trust in me.
