Ashleigh Barty is a multi-talented athlete and just as she has finished her illustrious tennis career the 25-year-old Australian is fuelling speculation about embarking on a top-level golf journey.
The former WTA world No.1 Barty, who quit tennis in March, has signed up to play a golf exhibition event, the Icons Series set to take place in New Jersey from June 30 to July 1. The unique competition brings together the world’s most decorated sporting icons to compete in a series of team matchplay format events at Liberty National Golf Club.
