Agnieszka Radwanska announced her retirement from tennis on Wednesday after a 13-year career.
Radwanska, 29, a former Wimbledon finalist who reached a career-high ranking of No. 2, said she is “no longer able to train and play the way I used to.”
Radwanska, the first Polish woman to reach a Grand Slam final in the Open era, won 20 WTA titles in her career. She played the Wimbledon final in 2012, losing to Serena Williams in three sets.
