Four-star 2017 Baton Rouge (LA) offensive tackle Adrian Ealy visited the Tennessee Volunteers for the first time less that two weeks ago for the program's "Orange Carpet Day" with the highlight of his visit coming in the form of a scholarship offer from the Vols
He's already excited to visit the campus again.
“I love Tennessee,” said Ealy, via 247Sports. “They showed mad love when I went up there. I got a chance to see one of the top schools when I went up there, so I love Tennessee. When I went up there, I loved the school, I loved the coaches there and everything. Tennessee is definitely one of the teams I’m taking the most interest in. I really didn’t think it was going to be that big."
Ealy added that he'll "definitely" be back for one of Tennessee's home games this coming season.
"I’m thinking the second game (of the season) I'm going to go up there,” Ealy said in regards to the Vols' home game against Oklahoma. “I’m hoping to get there, but I’m pretty much planning on it.
“I’m going to Tennessee versus Oklahoma. I’m going to a couple LSU games. I’m going to go to South Carolina versus LSU, South Carolina versus Florida. I’m trying to talk to my dad to try to make the trip (for) the first game for Tennessee, when they play in Nashville. I’m going to try to make that one.”
Ealy is currently ranked as the #104 overall player and #17 offensive tackle in the Class of 2017 by 247Sports.
