Tennessee added its 28th commitment Tuesday night, when wide receiver Joshua Palmer announced he would be heading to Knoxville.

Lauderdale, Fla., ranked 0.8502 by the 247Sports Composite. Palmer’s other top offers included UCLA, Penn State, Michigan, Pitt and NC State.
Palmer is the fourth wide receiver for the Vols in the 2017 class, joining Princeton Fant, Jacquez Jones and Jordan Murphy.
