No. 1 Tennessee is back on the road this weekend for another SEC series, set to take on the South Carolina Gamecocks in Columbia. The Volunteers rolled through the midweek, beating Queens to the tune of 14-3.
Tennessee takes its 23-2 overall record and 5-1 conference record on the road for the second straight weekend. The Volunteers hold series wins over top ten teams Alabama and Florida, and now get South Carolina which is just 1-5 so far in SEC play.
Liam Doyle will be looking to bounce back from a rocky start last weekend in Tuscaloosa, where he gave up five early runs.
