And despite looking good in a solid win, the Tennessee Vols are no closer to the Top 25 than they were last week in either poll, even if their vote totals increased.

In fact, the Vols fell one spot further from the Top 25 rankings in the Amway Coaches Poll this week. But that poll was also crazy enough to keep the Auburn Tigers in the Top 25 despite getting blown out by the LSU Tigers.
And both polls thought it a good idea to keep the USC Trojans ahead of the Stanford Cardinal despite what happened Saturday night.
