KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- The bats heated up for No. 14/13 Tennessee in a 10-4 win over South Carolina on a cold Saturday afternoon at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium.
Meghan Gregg served as the offensive catalyst, going 2-for-4 with three RBIs, three runs and home run. The Georgia native extended her hit streak to 10 games, a new career long.
Matty Moss got the start in the circle and pitched five innings while recording seven strikeouts to improve to 11-0 on the year. Caylan Arnold had a nice bounce-back performance as well, giving up just one hit while striking out two in two innings of relief to earn her second save.
