Tennessee will get an answer one one of their biggest targets of the 2018 recruiting cycle this weekend. JJ Peterson, the nation’s number two outside linebacker prospect, is set to commit during Saturday’s U.S. Army All-American game.
Peterson is all set to choose between Tennessee and Alabama. The Crimson Tide were thought of as the runaway leader for Peterson, but now it would be considered a shock if he ended up anywhere but Tennessee. Look what he told USA Today this week.
“I’m going to Tennessee and it’s not because of (new head coach Jeremy) Pruitt, (Kevin) Sherrer or the coach who’s coming from Florida State (Charles Kelly),” Peterson said.
