Three-star defensive end Venson Sneed commits to Tennessee

For the second time in as many days, Tennessee has picked up a football commitment on the defensive side of the ball. Following Elijah Herring on Wednesday, Venson Sneed joined the class today.

The class of 2022 defensive end prospect committed with this video.

Sneed chose the Volunteers over offers from Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, South Florida, Iowa State and a handful of others. The 6-5, 253 pound defensive end is a three-star prospect, ranking 591st in the country, per the 247Sports Composite. Sneed is out of Winter Park, Florida.

The Volunteers are one of Sneed’s newest offers.
