Tennessee walks off against No. 1 Arkansas to even the series

Tennessee lost a tough one to No. 1 Arkansas on Friday night, as the Razorbacks came storming back from a 5-0 deficit to win late. It was a tough loss for the Volunteers, but as we’ve seen before, you can’t keep this team down for too long.

Two runs off of three hits had Tennessee off and running once again at Lindsey Nelson Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Jake Rucker drove in Liam Spence to kick off the scoring, pushing Tennessee to an early lead. Evan Russell’s sacrifice fly drove in another in the first, establishing the Volunteers’ lead at 2-0.
