Basketball season is officially here and it should be a fun one. The sixth ranked Tennessee Volunteers will get their 2018-19 campaign rolling tonight with a home game against Lenoir-Rhyne, which is Rick Barnes’ alma mater.
Tennessee is coming off of a relatively smooth scrimmage last week against Tusculum, but still has some rotation questions to solidify in these opening games. So far it’s been Yves Pons seeing the biggest increase in minutes, but Jalen Johnson is also a part of that picture.
Just about everything else just look really similar this season, with Admiral Schofield, Grant Williams and the rest of the Tennessee core returning.
