Tennessee Track & Field/XC: Coleman, Gatlin Take Silver In Championship

Another weekend, another slew of medals. No big deal.

First, legendary VFL Tina Bartoletta took home the bronze in the long jump. Next up was the blazing-hot duo of Christian Coleman and Justin Gatlin. Both runners have been in the limelight after Gatlin’s breathtaking victory against Usain Bolt and the rest of the competiton in the men’s 100m final last Saturday.

They didnt best anyone this week, but they were able to add to the impressive list of awards the Tennessee Track & Field/XC department has gathered over the past few months.
