The Tennessee Volunteers moved up in the college baseball polls on Monday morning after a strong showing in Houston over the weekend in the Astros Foundation College Classic tournament. Tennessee swept Oklahoma State, Rice, and Arizona over the weekend to improve to 11-0 on the season.
The sweep pushed Tennessee back to the top of the mountain in the Baseball America poll. It did not do enough for D1 Baseball to put the Vols there, as Tennessee came in #2 with LSU #1.
