One need that should be high on Tennessee’s list in 2020 should be the receiver position. The Vols added Ramel Keyton, but missed on a couple of other secondary targets. Tennessee ended up signing Jerrod Means, similar to how they signed Cedric Tillman in the 2018 cycle.
Taking two receivers fixes their numbers issue, but they’re going to see a lot of talent walk out of the door next year as Jauan Jennings and Marquez Callaway will play their final seasons as Vols.
Keyton can help ease that blow, but I’d expect Tennessee to be heavily involved in the 2020 receiver class.
