The Tennessee Volunteers managed to earn a coveted double bye in the SEC Tournament that gets underway next week in Nashville, claiming the four seed with a win over South Carolina on Saturday in Knoxville75-65.
The Vols had a shot at the 3 seed, but top-seeded Auburn couldn’t return the favor that the Vols gave them last weekend against the Tide, losing at the buzzer to Alabama 93-91 to allow Bama to clinch the 3 seed. Florida earned the 2 spot.
Here’s how the bracket looks.
First, the Vols line up with 5 seed Texas A&M in a possible quarterfinal matchup.
