Tennessee in the hunt for dynamic WR Xavier Watts out of Nebraska

So far in the class of 2020, Tennessee hasn’t come up with what they need at the receiver position. Multiple receivers have committed elsewhere, leaving the Vols with a numbers situation to fix heading into the summer.

Jauan Jennings, Brandon Johnson, Tyler Byrd and Marquez Callaway will play their final season in Knoxville this fall, meaning receivers coach Tee Martin needs a few new bodies.

One player that could emerge for Tennessee on the trail is Xavier Watts, a three-star receiver out of Nebraska. Watts included Tennessee in his top six schools, along with Nebraska, Notre Dame, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa State.
