According to AL.com’s Matt Zenitz, redshirt freshman D.J. Burns has entered the transfer portal and will be looking to play elsewhere in 2019.

The 4-star center from Rock Hill, South Carolina committed to the Vols in 2018 after foregoing his senior year in high school. He then sat out his first season in Knoxville, taking a redshirt year in hopes of taking on a significant role during the 2019-20 season.
