According to Austin Nivison of GoVols247, 247Sports Director of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong says the Vols have the inside track to land dual-threat quarterback Kaidon Salter out of Cedar Hill High School in Cedar Hill, Texas. A three-star on Rivals, Salter is set to announce his decision May 10.
