What generally comes with a team that has a new head coach and is installing new schemes on both sides of the ball? Well, that brings a ton of position battles in the preseason. Such is the case for Tennessee football this fall camp as they get set for the 2018 season under Jeremy Pruitt.
The Vols were looking just for competitors in the spring. As a result, they moved guys around a lot. Now, with fall camp underway, Pruitt has noted that they are pretty much set at their position. All that’s left is finding who can be the full-time starter at each position.
