After a brilliant performance a week ago, Tennessee football appeared to fail in ever aspect of the game in its blowout loss to the Missouri Tigers. It was an ugly affair, particularly in the second half, when they had a chance to make this a game.
The Vols looked like they’d be able to compete early, even after an injury to Jarrett Guarantano, but then they made mistake after mistake on offense while the defense couldn’t stop anybody. It was disastrous all the way around.
Simply put, there weren’t a lot of positives to hand out in Tennessee football’s brutal loss on Saturday.
