College football is almost upon us. Fans are currently relegated to the dog days of summer. Fanatics of the sport all over America are anxiously counting down the days until the boys of fall take the field, to jump-start the beginning of the season. College football, especially college football in the south, is simply a way of life. For most rabid followers of the sport, this time of year is by far the longest, most painful, and most agonizing time of the year.
Sure, fans attempt to utilize recruiting as a way to fill the void between now and the first kickoff.
