They aren’t even done with this year’s recruiting class yet. But Tennessee football is still making moves ahead of next year’s class, and the Vols got a solid boost on that front Saturday evening while their basketball team was in the midst of a close loss at the No. 3 ranked Kansas Jayhawks.
Isaac Washington, a defensive tackle out of East Surry High School out of Pilot Mountain, N.C., became the fifth commitment to the Vols’ 2021 recruiting class. He is also their first defensive lineman to commit.
Currently a three-star on Rivals with plenty of room to improve his ratings, Washington right now stands at 6’3″ 265 pounds.
