Tennessee football: 5 Vols who should see more action after bye week

With a 2-3 record and three losses by 26 points each, it’s pretty obvious Tennessee football has plenty of issues. That’s especially true when you consider that those are their only three games against Power Five opponents, or just FBS opponents that have a win on the season.

But while we’ve documented the issues and even noted the positives, while we’ve praised some individuals and dished out blame to others, the truth is the Vols are just not yet a finished product heading into their bye week. We still don’t know fully what to make of this team because, as it develops, there are different strengths and weaknesses that show each week.
