Jeremy Pruitt and the Tennessee football team have the Alabama game in the rear view mirror. It wasn’t pretty, given the 58-21 loss, but it’s over, and the Vols look to get back on track as they travel to Columbia to take on South Carolina.
Tennessee is coming off a blowout loss but the season isn’t over, the odds aren’t in their favor, but the Vols could win out and finished the season 8-4. That would be a remarkable feat for Jeremy Pruitt and his coaching staff in year one of their tenure.
I know people would vote for Nick Saban and Dan Mullen, but if the Vols finished 8-4, Pruitt would surely deserve to be apart of the conversation for SEC Coach of the Year.
