It’s no secret that Tennessee needs help on the edge. The Vols are involved with a number of prospects in the 2020 class as Jeremy Pruitt tries to ramp up this Tennessee pass rush. One of the higher ranked prospects that Pruitt and the Tennessee staff have been after is Ohio outside linebacker Jaheim Thomas, a four-star player out of Cincinnati.
Thomas seems to fit the mold of what this staff wants — versatile linebackers who can line up and play any of the four linebacker positions in the defensive front.
On Sunday, Thomas released a top seven consisting of Michigan State, Cincinnati, Kentucky, LSU, Louisville, Maryland and Tennessee.
