Rick Barnes has now officially received a commitment from his second five-star prospect at Tennessee, if you go by 247 Sports’ ratings. Keon Johnson was the recipient of a fifth star today from the recruiting service, bumping him up to the 20th ranked player in the 2020 class.
Johnson committed to Tennessee earlier this month, shooting the Volunteers into the top five classes nationally. He joined Corey Walker Jr. in Tennessee’s class of 2020, a borderline five-star prospect himself.
Both Johnson and Walker moved up roughly ten spots in the overall rankings.
