Tennessee baseball shutout by Virginia in first CWS game

It looks like Tennessee baseball will have to wait a bit longer for its first College World Series win in 20 years. In the Vols’ first trip to Omaha, Neb. since 2005, they lost their opener Sunday afternoon to an unseeded team.

Virginia shut out Rocky Top 6-0. Logan Michaels got the ball rolling for UVA, as he hit a solo shot in the third off Chad Dallas.
