Men's Field Athlete of the Week: Clayton Brown, Florida
- Florida's Clayton Brown cleared 2.25 meters on his second attempt in the high jump-a height that would have won the title at last year's NCAA Indoor Championships - at the Orange & Purple Classic. The clearance would have ranked third among all collegiate jumpers last season.
- Brown became the fourth freshman since 2010 to clear 2.25 meters.
- It is the best clearance by a Gator since 2006 and ranks No. 5 on UF's all-time indoor top 10. The clearance leads the nation for 2017.
