It what seemed to be a simple fight among roommates, the domestic violence case against Tennessee wide receiver Josh Smith has been dropped at the request of the victim, per Jimmy Hyams.

Smith was initially charged with domestic violence after an altercation with his male roommate last month. Smith’s roommate, Kennedy Foster, was apparently initially seeking a large settlement, but those wishes have since been dropped.
