The former five-star recruit, Shy Tuttle had a bit of a rough go at it in Knoxville. His first two seasons playing for the Tennessee football team ended with season-ending injuries. Throughout his career, he’s shown that he is productive when healthy. Finally, his senior season was injury free, and it turned out to be the best statistically.
Tuttle played in ten games accounting for 33 total tackles, including 14 solo. Obviously playing defensive tackle, Tuttle’s stats aren’t the most impressive, but he did end up with a sack and an interception.
He finished his career with 70 total tackles, including 29 solo tackles and 6.
