A year after testing the NBA Draft waters, Admiral Schofield now has a new home with the Washington Wizards. Schofield ended up going 42nd overall, landing in the second round of the 2019 NBA Draft.
It’s a more than fitting end to Schofield’s career, who became arguably the heart and soul of the Tennessee Volunteers men’s basketball program the last couple of years.
Schofield was a little known prospect coming out of high school, committing to Tennessee as a three-star recruit. He almost instantly outplayed that ranking, contributing right off the bat for the Volunteers.
