Despite a rough 2019 offseason that featured Tennessee basketball losing four of their five starters, the class of 2020 is shaping up to potentially get the Vols back into position to compete nationally.
Tennessee already holds a commitment from five-star 2020 wing Corey Walker. They’re in a good spot with highly ranked four-star in-state guard Keon Johnson — and they’ve also landed in the top five of five-star guard Jaden Springer.
Springer, the 11th overall player in the 2020 class according to 247 Sports, recently included Tennessee in his top schools alongside of North Carolina, Memphis, Florida and Michigan.
