Tennessee is back in action tonight at Neyland Stadium, set to take on Kent State. The Volunteers blew the doors off of Chattanooga to open the season, with Nico Iamaleava playing just a half of football. We could see a similar outcome here today with Kent State coming off of an ugly loss to St. Francis last week.
It’s another chance for the Volunteers to build some depth ahead of SEC play. Expect to see plenty of rotation up front with some younger players getting a big number of reps in the second half.
For the starters, it’s simply about staying sharp.
