Tennessee has landed a commitment from perhaps their highest priority target in the 2020 class. Quarterback Harrison Bailey picked the Vols over Michigan today, providing the recruiting world with a mild upset.
Michigan was thought of as the leader for the past several months, but that changed last night. Several crystal ball projections came down in favor of Tennessee over the last 24 hours. Bailey was a massive target for Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Bailey has seen the Tennessee campus five times this year, including three unofficial visits during the season. He attended the UTEP, Alabama and Missouri games.
