One of the top quarterbacks in the 2016 recruiting class has announed where he plans on beginning his college football career. In an announcement at his high school and with a video on Bleacher Report, Bergen Catholic (N.J.) High’s Jarrett Guarantano announced he will join the Tennessee Volunteers.
The 6-foot-4, 196-pound signal-caller is one of the top dual-threat passers in the nation.
Guarantano had his junior season at Bergen Catholic cut short because of a writ issue, but he still managed to rack up 1,030 yards, nine touchdowns, nine interceptions and an additional 258 yards and four touchdowns with his legs.
