BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-----Five Southeastern Conference track and field athletes have been named to the Post-NCAA Indoor Championships The Bowerman Women's Watch List, it was announced Wednesday by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Among the list of 10 are Tennessee's Felicia Brown, Texas A&M's Shamier Little, Georgia's Katurah Orji, Ole Miss' Raven Saunders and Georgia's Kendell Williams.
Brown won the national title in the 200 meters in 22.47 last week at the NCAA Indoor Championships, which is the fourth fastest time in collegiate history.
Little, who is a two-time NCAA outdoor champion in the 400 hurdles, placed fourth in the women's 400m in Birmingham with a season-best time of 51.
